What can I do to prevent UTI's

I just had a UTI 2 weeks ago, before then I had one last year, so no biggy for me, I always try eat healthy and drink water (a lot of water) well right now I have another UTI after I just got rid one. 😩😩 note: I'm not sexually active, and I stay busy with work and planing my own wedding in 2 mths,

Be careful of holding your bladder too long, it can cause a UTI. Especially if you hold it often. If you're concerned, talk to your doctor about it!

I get uti all the times because i have very bad bladder. But if you having any inercorse make sure you pee right after sex always pee after sex because its flush out all bacteria out. Make sure you keep it clean all the time no douches its will make it worst! Eat none fat yogurt which my favorite lol drink plainly of cranberry juice's and water! Take daily vitamin too. Eat healthy. Get tested alot be on the safe side! You can also take AZO UTI pill its the best helps relived the pain its will turn your pee reddish yellow its normal but its helps! Changes tampons or pads ever 2 hours its will help prevent uti too. Well that all i can thinks of i hope this help and wish you the best!

Don't use fancy scented body soaps or a bath puff/loofah that you can't wash! That was my biggest issue. I use a washcloth that I can throw in the wash, and plain Cetaphil soap in the shower. Dove should work fine too. If you feel symptoms coming on, you may be able to nip it in the bud by drinking cranberry juice or taking a cranberry supplement. Good luck!

Be careful if you wear thongs you can get UTIs from them since they move around often when you go to the bathroom
