I know that you won't know foresure until you test, but I missed my period this month and I have been having unprotected sex. I don't feel any different like tender boobs or back pain. No puking or sensitive nose. Do you think I can cancel out being pregnant?

Just because you don't have symptoms doesn't mean you aren't pregnant. Some women get symptoms at 3 weeks or if you're like me I didn't get any until 10 weeks. You still need to test if you've been having unprotected sex

Some women don't get symptoms. I'd take a test to be sure. My sister was 2 months along and had no idea.
