Breast Pump & Hospital

Question for any moms out there who know...Am I supposed to take my breast pump to the hospital with me? Someone mentioned it the other day, but I hadn't even considered that I would need it. I live literally 5 minutes from the hospital, so I thought, my husband can just run home and get it if I need it. But now I am wondering if that is a standard item to bring? Honestly trying not to go overboard with packing, especially since I do live right down the street from where I will deliver.
