Second failed iui. How did you cope?

Hi all. Really needing a pick me up today. Was day 12piui today and woke up to take a test (jumped the gun a little I know). As soon as I was done, I felt a huge cramp and just like that had blood. I am just beside myself since all things were looking so positive this month. I had 4 follicles of good size. Progesterone levels were great and his count was good. 
How did you cope after a second or third failure? I am not sure if I can keep doing this to myself every month. Any comment is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I know it's beyond hard to feel you are doing everything right and yet still nothing. Take some peace in knowing that most women who do IuI don't conceive till round #5 or many after round #8. IUI only increases your chance by 6-7%. While it is a great alternative to plain sex and a great stepping stone to IVF, you still have to remember it's not your fault. Try to relax during the TWW (yes I know, impossible) have a few glasses of wine or warm baths regularly to relax. Stay active to keep your mind off the situation.

I have 12 failed IUIs number 13 finally a success!! I started seeing a therapist because it became too much and there were times I couldn't even talk to my husband about it. I would just cry.. I also took breaks when it became too much like a few months and let my body relax from all the medications. You just need to do what you feel is best. I am sorry this one didn't work. Be hopefully the next one could be your lucky one
