Can maca cause spotting? (A little TMI, sorry! NO PICS THO!)

Hi all! My Dh and I recently started taking maca to help boost fertility (among other health benefits). Yesterday we were intimate, (this is going to be TMI, sorry!), and when I used the restroom immediately afterward, everything was fine. However, a couple hours later when I used the restroom again, it was all pink when I wiped- just that one time. I've never spotted after sex before, so this was pretty strange to me. I'm not anywhere near starting AF, and in fact, have just entered my TWW. Was trying to think of what might have caused this (our lovemaking wasn't rough or unusual in any way), and the only thing I can think of that's different is the fact that I've been taking maca. Has anyone who has ever tried maca ever had any issues with breakthrough spotting and/or spotting after intercourse? If anyone can shed some light on the situation it'd be greatly appreciated!
