When should I be testing??

Ok so I just got off my birth control this month at the Begining of it now I haven't had my period yet but people are telling me they got pregnant right after getting off of the pill even not having a period after getting off of it. I had sex on the 10th 15th 17th and 20th of this month now it might just be me feeling this way but I feel nauseous and my nipples are hurting me so bad and I have a few cramps not sure if that's just my body or could I be pregnant? Not sure how long after I could take a pregnancy test since I had sex on those days?!?!?
