So...I believe I'm 2dpo. Yesterday (7/25/16), I started feeling this odd pulsing and tingling sensation in my nether regions. It didn't hurt...just weird. Last night I had one sharp pain in my left side (like waste high... not pelvis). I was also constipated. Today...still constipated, the nether regions tingle is there but less frequent and less noticeable. I've also been getting random muscle cramps/spasms today in my calf that went away and a mild temporal headache.
