Am i pregnant or convincing myself?

I've been feeling sick since Friday its gradually getting worse, my stomach is bloated like a football i'm boiling when everyone else is putting a jumper on, I can't sleep but exhausted and have no appetite. Ive had on off low stomach cramps for days but more like stretching than periods. TMI but my CM is still sticky and AF due in 2days. I tested this morning but BFN. Am I pregnant and I need to re test soon or am I getting excited over nothing?
