I have PCOS and have been taking Letrozole to try and make my body create follicles so I can ovulate. Has anyone gone through this drug and NOT had any follicles? I'm on my 3rd updose (7.5mg) and go Friday for another ultrasound, but I just don't think it worked. This is getting ridiculous! I'm already on 1500mg of metformin, and take progesterone every 4-6 weeks for a period, although I do have a natural period once every couple of months. I eat healthier and have dropped 20lbs in the last year (which probably isn't much considering I'm still 275, but it's a start). This is so frustrating that my body won't work!!!
