Diaper bags?!

What is everyone using for diaper bags? I would like to just get a new big purse that way I can reuse it but is that practical? Any advice and pictures of your bags??

I was going to bum a super cheap one or use a purse but then I saw this really cool one online (super expensive though) that turns into a changing station and play area for small babies.  Which to me is pretty convenient if you can imagine being in lots of places with out one!

I got this LUG diaper on VARAGE Sale for $40 (regular $120). It's an amazing bag that has so many compartments and is easily wipe able. Plus it is black, and I'm a girl who hates anything frilly and pink 
so I was 100% on board lol

I plan on using this tote savvy inside my tote bags. With my son, which was 12 years ago 😳, I ended up ditching my diaper bag at a certain point and using a large purse anyway. I had the boxy backpack Petunia Picklebottom bag with my first and while I loved how easy it was to wipe clean and the changing pad I didn't feel like it had enough compartments and stuff was always falling to the bottom and I could never find anything.  Haven't done much research yet this time around but I know I want more separate compartments and something easy to clean the outside of!
