It is possible for shit to get on his dick. Prepping for that not to happen not much you can do. Poop before you do it or have an enema. 
Prepping for the sex itself, work up to it. I'd say get a little anal plug or some type of small anal toy to loosen it up and get you accustomed to something bring there. When he's going in make sure to relax, use lots of lube, and tell him to go slow.

It's a risk you take when doing anal. It's happened to me. It's happened to a lot of my friends. I've never full on shit on him before but there has been poop present lol. You have to be aware that it could happen. You should poop and shower beforehand. But that's about all you can do short of anal douching which is, from what I've been told, very painful and unhealthy.
