👟⛹🏽Running while obese: TIPS?

So I'm 5 ft tall, 163 pounds, & technically obese because of my BMI. I try to stay fairly active, going for walks and hikes a lot, but it doesn't do much in terms of how out of shape I am.

I've been wanting to start running regularly, but I always rule it out because of the fact that running for even 15 seconds gets me out of breath. Any tips on how to start out for someone like me who doesn't have much wiggle room??
