water gallon challenge?!

Just curious has anyone done the water gallon challenge?! If so how did I go for
You?

I already drink over a gallon a day with no problems but I have a friend that used this as well. She was never one to drink water easily but this DID help her get the gallon down. Its honestly all in your head.. if you mentally put your mind to it you can do it. Good Luck

Right now it's all I do, drink water. Since I've been pregnant I drink so much water it's insane and I can't eat much.

I drink 8-10 water bottles a day. It's the only thing that keeps me from getting too bloated or retaining too much water.

I love this....
my herbalife coach make me drinks one gallon and a half per day.
It exhausting but do it,I see the benefits of it daily. One the plus side it helps me lose a pound sometimes more a day. NO JOKE!!!

I did when I lifeguards and it was nice to an extent because I was outdoors from 630 am to 830 pm. But it got to the point where I was drinking about 2-3 gallons a day and wasn't eating. Definitely would recommend if you were an indoor worker or just someone trying to get your water intake but don't over do it like I did. It'll wash all the good stuff out of your body and make you sick sick sick

Daily but it's mostly my husband asking me 20 times a day how much water I've had. He makes sure I finish a gallon a day. It's annoying but it's helpful
