Discharge or period??

So my periods haven't been normal like they come late or I have brown discharge before period but this month for the past 2 weeks almost 3 I've been having nonstop brown discharge sometimes it's heavy but not to the point that I need a pad but most of the time it's really light it only appears when I wipe my pee is normal color so it doesn't like leak I don't know what wrong I can't be pregnant haven't had sex in over a month and already took 2 test and both came back negative and I'm a pretty heavy girl can if just be that I'm unhealthy or does this sound like a medical issue?? Oh and I'm also not on birth control never have been.
