If prayer is not your thing kindly keep it moving without being rude. I'm currently waiting to find out if my pregnancy is progressing or not. I'm not sure about the power of prayer, but I know miracles happen all the time. I call my little one "poppy-girl" because my SO is convinced it's a girl and because she was the size of a poppy seed when I nicknamed her... Anyway, say a prayer for poppy girl and comment your babies name or nickname and I'll say a prayer for your little one too. Why not have a little faith and try some positive energy?!
