I'm 37 +weeks pregnant,I was tested positive for gbs.  and I hav had diahrrea for the past 2 days and a thick white discharge. I've been having alot of pelvic pressure and cramps. Does this mean anything? I also have no appetite and every time I eat it goes straight threw me.

I've been tested positive for gbs, and was a finger tip dilated last Friday and doctor said I was very soft. Does that matter with how I've been feeling?
