Implantation bleeding? TMI

I'm sorry for the tmi. I had my last period 12 days ago and according to glow ovulated from the 18-24 had sex on the 18th. This morning I was VERY NASEOUS and when I went to leave for work I had to run back into to vomit. I have a small fever 99.6 ish all day and just went to use the restroom and when I wiped I saw this. I still have 11 days until my next expected period. Could this be implantation? Please let me know!
