Should I tell my boyfriend if a guy slides into my dm's

My boyfriend and I are pretty secretive about our relationship and occasionally a guy will try to text me. I feel guilty if I don't tell him when a guy gets in contact, but at the same time I don't want to start something over nothing. I'm torn on what to do. Should I tell him or not?
