Hey guys! My husband and I are having a baby in Febuary! Our first actually! And I am just curious as to if there's any other military wives out there that can answer this question or give their opinion? I'm currently here in D.C. with him (where he is stationed) but I want to have the baby in my home state where I am comfortable with my family, my husband should have about 22 days of leave  by the time the baby is due, so I really hope a doctor will induce me on a specific date maybe alittle early to make sure my husband can be there. I would consider having the baby here it's just that I'm highly against the way the health care facilities run here in D.C. Definantly the military medical. It's complete shit here, my ultra sound techs are terrible, the OBGYN literally doesn't tell me anything and doesn't even check on my baby and my primary care doctor never returns phone calls or takes interest in my situation whatsoever. It's all just so unorganized and i just want to be home and comfy but I want my husband there for the baby's birth and I'm freaking out. Anybody understand what I'm going through?
