I am having my twins out 5 weeks early due to preclimpsa. My feet and shins were badly swollen. They been killing me the last few days!! The plan was to have em vaginally bc both are head down, but with my daughter being only 4 lbs 1 oz and her big brother is 4 lbs 12 oz. we decided best choice to have em out is via c section since I didn't want distress em during labor.  My c section surgery is tmw at noon. Can't believe I'm becoming a mommy tomorrow afternoon!! Beyond nervous and excited at the same time. I got a steroid shot yesterday and today to start developing their lungs.
