My symptoms

Okay I don't know what has been going on but it's been random and extremely pain. It's starts out as sharp pain maybe a little below my heart and it feels like I can't breathe. Whenever I talk or breathe the pain gets even worse. I can't lay down or on my side. Idk what to do the pain is extreme I can't go to a doctor rn, any suggestions
