Induced Labor

Yesterday I went in for my regular check up for me and KJ. I told my doctor some symptoms I had been experiencing and they took my blood and urine and later that day they called me in to be induced because of preeclampsia. My blood pressure was elevated, headaches and blurry vision. So I was called in to come and when I got here we discovered that KJ had turnt back sideways so now I'm having a c section. I'm feeling emotional and very scared at this point because I never had to deal with a surgery. What can I expect from this c section? How much pain? How long will I hurt ? Please any feed back will help.
