What is it? When I have a shower I clean my lady bits just with soap and water like I'm washing a normal part of my body.. Am I not supposed to do this?😾

Don't douch EVER! Vaginas are self cleaning like an oven, don't worry about cleaning it because it will do it on it's own and anything else can lead to infections

Douching is very bad for your ph levels. If you wash with soap never get it inside your vagina or other lady bits. I rinse with water when I shower and let my vagina clean itself. It's always worked for me.
