Semen analysis

So yesterday we got the results of his semen analysis. Less than 2 million sperm. And 0 motility. Everything else was normal. OB GYN gave me the results. Why an OB GYN? Because we thought it was me and we wanted to rule out the possibility of the issue of poor semen. Turns out all of my tests (hsg, blood work, ultrasound, pap smear) were normal. So she is referring us to a fertility clinic. And a urologist. When asked what our next step will be she said probably IVF but everything will need to be discussed with the fertility doctor.

My questions for you....

1) whos husband had a low sperm count and or low motility sperms?

2) what did you do about it?

3) did you conceive? How and how long?

4) did it hurt your marriage?

Thank you. August 1 will be our 1 year anniversary. Did not think this is how we would spend it.

Yesterday I felt like a team failure. But he doesn't seemed too worried about it. He is ok with IVF. But he is also considering eating healthier, losing weight, exercise, vitamins etc. He weighs 270 lb
