Circumcision (again)?

My son was circumcised due to religious beliefs. His skin seems to have reattached hes 7 months now i noticed it at 2-3 months. I know there are known health benefits to being circumcised so I was wondering if he'd still be benefiting from them even tho his for skin totally covers his penis? Dr said we could redo it but I was against it to begin with had to for religious reasons but was happy risk of infection and all of that would be lower. What do we do?
