Back pain HELP

What can I do to help relive my back pain? The pain is in my neck, shoulders, middle and lower back😭 I've never been in so much pain. I'm not pregnant or had any trama to my body so I'm not sure why I'm in so much pain. I went to the chiropractor a couple days ago and he said my neck was out of place and I had some ribs out of place but since the chiropractor I'm feeling worse!! I'd rate my pain at an 8 I'm in tears I've already taken Tylenol i don't know what to do😭
