Insanity weight loss
Hey ladies so I want to know how many of you have done the beachbody program called "insanity". I would love to hear your weight loss stories and what you ate on your weight loss journey. Pics are welcome as well!! I'm looking for motivation I would like to lose about 25-30 pounds.
