Nipple discharge

Rachael • Married to my wonderful wife, mom to D, twins on the way. lots of other roles and titles.
I'm 20 weeks. When I squeeze my left nipple, very thick stuff comes out, just a little. The right one nothing really comes out but there's almost something that looks watery and the opposite of the other one. Thoughts?
