So I've read that little article on this app about the different forms of contraception. Well here's my query:

My boyfriend and I have been dating as well as sexually active for over a year now. I'm turning 18 in less than two months and one of the first things I'd like to do is start on some bc. We've been using condoms buy I can't swallow pills. I have a very nervous gag reflex. I've looked at the patch and that seems like my best bet. Is the patch as effective add the article claims or would I still have to use a condom?
