So confused! Can bright red spotting be implantation bleeding ?

So last week when I wiped myself I seen bright red only happen once that day and once the following day ..can that be considers implantion bleeding ? If so how long do I wait to take a pregnancy test ?

It's light pink or light brow never bright red

I don't know if it last less than a day.  I spotted a very light pink 6 dpo I felt like my period was coming and had a lot if milky discharge before that,  then it stopped the next day. I was so upset I thought I was spotting even earlier since I do a few days before AF.  I'm 6 weeks today.

yes it can , bright red or light pink orrr brown! bleeding can occur no longer than 3 days . but also it can be a sign of ovulation. check about 8-12 days dpo .
