Horrid Pain

Okay so I need opinions or advice from anyone who's experienced this or something like it that could tell me what it is 😢😭

I'm 17 and for the last half hour I've been experiencing the most excruciating pain in my side n lower stomach, I can't stand up or sit up cause of how badly it hurts lying down gives some relief but barely, it sort of comes n goes like stabbing for a few moments sharply then the pain becomes slightly bearable.

Does anyone have any ideas what this could be ?? 😭
