Home remedy for UTI???

I am on vacation in Israel, and I woke up with a UTI! I don't know how because I'm SO careful about that... but it's getting worse, and I can't go to a doctor here because I can't afford that...  so doesn anyone know of a really effective home remedy? Please???

Baking soda will relieve the symptoms but wont cure it. Cranberry juice and apple cidar vinegar prevent the bacteria from sticking to urinary tract walls.

I just had this issue on vacation in California. I got cranberry supplements at Walgreens for urinary tract support and I took two in the morning & two again before bed. it cleared up in a few days

I wouldn't risk of and even though it's expensive, go to the doctor. You don't want to mess with a stuff like that.

Cranberry juice! And do you have travel Insurance because a UTI could become very serious it can spread to your kidneys
