Hair help

Just wanting to know if anyone has any tips on how to grow hair on your scalp as I'm in my early 20s and my hair is falling out crazy and I used to have thick full hair and now it's thin and you can see me scalp. I need help as I'm self conscious of it as I don't want to be bold so does anyone knew of any good medications to get on or shampoos or anything else I'm willing to try anything at the moment as I want my hair back 😫
