TTC number two!

Well I was 18 when I got pregnant with my daughter, and I found out when I was just 2 weeks pregnant! I went on mierna after her birth and was on it for 2 years. May 5th I had my iud removed to begin trying for number two and found out we conceived just 20 days after removal! Unfortunately that pregnancy ended in miscarriage at 4 weeks. I think I may be pregnant again but I'm only 15 days past my laat period. I had bloodwork done this morning and will know results by tomorrow. My question is has anyone else ever known they were pregnant so quickly?! I'm trying very hard not to get my hopes up but with my last 2 pregnancies knowing so early is making it hard to shake the feeling of a possible third! Sent lots of baby dust my way 💕
