Kidney transplant
Anyone have any experience in this field?
My dad had one about 7years ago,he was recently hospitalized due to kidney failure.The kidney is dead and he is having to do dialysis.The dr said he could probably go home in a day or two once they get him into a dialysis program close to my parents home.
My dad and I have the same blood type and I'm considering donating my kidney to him after I give birth in October.
Just curious if anyone has ever donated or been through a transplant.
