Do you like your job? What steps did you have to take to become a RN? I'm doing research because I want to become a RN. Thank you.

Answer

Same I wanna be an RN. If you don't have a Bachelors you are gonna have to take a 4 year program and get one. Then you take the NCLEX exam which is how you get your license. If you already have a Bachelors or the pre requisite courses such as Biology and Statistics (it depends on the school you would like your degree from,) then you can take the remaining nursing courses at a school and take the NCLEX.
