Who else feels so hungry just before their period, and not just any food, carbs, starchy, sometimes sugary carbs? Think bread, pasta, Rice, potatoes, yuca, platanains, bananas but mostly bread, i mean, i work out 3 to 6/7 times a week so i give in because the rest of the tike i eat super healthy... But not funny hormones abs are 70% diet, and also being bloated doesn't help either.
