Ovary pain?!

Question

I know that I get cysts often on my ovaries but they have never caused me pain. Well right now I'm in serious pain in that region. It feels like the worst cramps of my life down into my thighs and lower back mainly on the left side. It hurts so bad it has caused me to throw up but I don't want to go to the ER.

Does anyone have any experience with this kinda thing? If so what happened?

When I was younger I had cysts on my overies.. And when they burst it can be very!!!! Painful! Like someone has stabbed me ! I took a very hot bath... Seemed to help a little with the pain.. Sorry your feel such pain!

Hi, I can relate. Years ago, a cyst burst and i never felt such a thing. Went to emerg and did u/s, months of f/up with a specialist. All fine. A functioning cyst burst. Some women feel them, some don't. It's normal. I spent I think 10 hours at the hospital to learn it was normal. Now, I know the feeling but have never felt it that bad since. I hope you will be on the mend soon xo

I just had this, but on my right side! I did go to the ER and they think I have an infection in my fallopian tube. Small chance of tubal pregnancy, so let's hope it is not that! I would be seen if I were you.
