Pcos?

I was told I have pco is this the same as pcos? I have normal periods and I am pretty sure I ovulate. I have had one miscarriage and three chemical pregnancys. We been ttc for a year.  My doctor mentioned I might need help getting pregnant because I had many cysts all over both ovaries.

I have PCOS also, with normal periods and I am ovulating. My mind just isn't telling me ovaries to do what they are suppose to. I did clomid for 3 months and 1 round of femara w no luck. I am trying  fertilaid right now, hoping it helps.  Good luck!

Not sure if its the same, but I have lean-PCOS! Clomid and Letrozole did nothing for me! Gonal-F got me the follies I needed!

Pco is poly cystic ovaries were you have some of the symptoms of pcos but not all of them and pcos is poly cystic ovaries syndrome where you have all the symptoms and problems and hormone imbalance xx

I have a appointment with the RE (infertility specialist) to be tested. I have a bunch of symptoms but since my cycles were normal and I got positive opks I figured probably not. but definitely want to rule it out since I had a cp last month.
