*Update

I called the hospital and they didn't submit everything to my insurance. They are going to re-bill everything and it should take the bill down. That was only one bill. It was the bill for the care of my child after delivery. I haven't seen the bill for the delivery yet. My son was born at 36 weeks and his lungs were premature and collapsed after birth. We had an infection, so he had to have a spinal tap to rule out meningitis, blood cultures, and other tests. He wouldn't eat so he was on a feeding tube. I didn't have the standard labor and delivery and I might be done having kids because of how much we went through.
