How much baby fat do you have left to lose?

I still don't return to work for another two months and I've got ten stingy pounds left to come off. I'd love to return to work my old self any tips ladies? I was hitting the gym but was told I have a prolapsed bladder so now I need to take it easy😓

I'm back to my pregnancy weight but just had to go buy new jeans, one size bigger. I think my hips are wider and I still have extra skin on my stomach.

I was hovering just 5 lbs above my pre pregnancy weight for SO LONG! My midwife told me most women see the most rapid weight loss at months 3-6 for breastfeeding moms. Like magic, as soon as my LO turned 3 months I started losing rapidly and am just below my pre pregnancy weight. However, things are quite the same so not all of my old work cloths still fit.

With my first it took me a year to lose the baby weight and for my body to return to it nornmal shape. After I had my baby my hips were wider and loose skin didn't help my fittin into my jeans. So now I expect the same recovery. I know I won't lose those last 10 pound till a year ppd. I'm in no rush as long as I don't gain weight. Just maintaining the weight I have now is fine.

I was 150 before I got pregnant went up to 185 and I'm 170 know so I still have 20 lbs to lose I've been doing everything I can but he is my 5th baby.

I only have 10lbs left to lose at 8weeks pp but I think I'll still be investing in a new wardrobe :-/ My hips are wider and I can't fit many of my old tops/dresses/bathing suits because my breasts got really big. I was a 32D and am now a 34DDD (probably bigger but that's the biggest cup size Thyme maternity carries). Any nursing mom's have their boobs go back to a more normal size prior to weaning? I plan on breastfeeding for at least a year.

The first day we came home from the hospital I weighed myself, and I had lost ONLY 5 pounds which was how much my daughter weighed at birth...depressing. The next week I had lost 10 pounds. I stayed at that weight for 11 weeks. Once my baby hit 3 months, I lost another 5 pounds over the course of 2 days. None of my clothes fit though because of how big my boobs have gotten 😩😔😒
