Reglan or Domperidone? Tried everything else! 😢

Does anyone have experience with either reglan or Domperidone?

My lo is almost 5 weeks and my milk supply is next to nonexistent. It came in late after my csection (for breach). I've tried everything - consultants, all the herbs, teas, skin to skin, nursing vacation, pumping, power pumping, cookies, oatmeal, Brewers yeast, Guinness, etc., etc. I still can't pump much more than 3 oz a day and I've only managed to fully feed (without a formula top up) by breast milk twice.

I'm at the end of my rope with all this stuff waiting for the magical day I pump even a full ounce at one time. I was thinking about asking my ob about Reglan or Domperidone at my next visit. Any thoughts? Are the risks worth it?

I used raglan and it worked great for me. I was only on it for a month. You do have to wean slowly off. I took it regularly for two weeks and then weaned for two. It doubled my supply.

Domperidone was the only thing that worked for me. You do have to stay in it for the whole time you plan to nurse though.
