Miscarriage

We found out last week we was expecting.. The doctor started my on progesterone and my progesterone levels went up to where they should be and 2 days later my hcg dropped to 12. They told me I was misarrying n to recheck my levels next week. I am now bleeding.. This is oour 3rd miscarriage I was really hoping for our rainbow baby
