Farting himself awake

My little man just farted and woke himself up. Funniest thing I've ever witnessed. 😂😂😂😂 This is the little guy just moments before. He's almost too big for his bassinet. 😩 I guess it's time to move to a crib. Any suggestions to ease him (and me) into cribhood?
