Pregnancy test 3 lines? 😕

I took a pregnancy test last night and it had 3 lines (1 in the negative and 2 in the positive)
I'm nauseous and dizzy. Any advice?It was like this ⬇️
But it had 2 faint lines in the test window

I just had the same thing happen to me, I’m so confused, there is one line on the left side of the line that is always there (neg or pos) then there is the other line that marks positive, is light pink

Faulty test if two lines appeared and not one. I would retest hunni 😊
