Coffee drinkers what are you doing to replace your coffee?

Ashley
I read that you can't consume more than 200 mg a day....I use to drink Starbucks every morning. I haven't had any coffee since I found out I was pregnant but today is one of those days...I called and the Decaf Pike Place only has 20 mg of coffee 😃 so I'm going to get a tall(small)

Couldn't drink it for a while due to the nausea. Now at 13 weeks I'm starting to drink it again, 1 cup a day.

A cup of coffee everyday is ok! Hell I have problems with migraines with this pregnancy and my OB had to prescribe migraine medicine, and it contains caffeine! Don't worry, caffeine while pregnant is ok in moderation, just don't drink a red bull or anything!

It's okay to have one cup of coffee everyday! :) just don't overdo it. You'll be just fine!

Not replacing it at all, just make sure I stay in the limit. Nobody gets between me and my Joe Joe! ☕️☕️❤️❤️

I drink decaf americanos. Regular coffee makes me shaky and sick! But I still like the taste so decaf it is.

I still have my normal 14 oz coconut mocha flavored coffee every morning.

I'm one of those people who only survive the morning because of coffee. Without caffine I'd end up with headaches . First I went down to 1/2 and 1/2 regular / decaf. Then I went down to all decaf after maybe 2-3 weeks. I know I can still have a cup of coffee a day or a can of soda. I try to avoid it and only go that route if I need it.

My husband and I switched to a 1/2 regular 1/2 decaf folders coffee & only drink one cup in the mornings, maybe another if I'm feeling terrible but that's pretty much all the caffeine I have all day.
