I'm 12 weeks pregnant with twins (twins that became triplets but ended again in twins). And I see a lot of blood. Almost every week some blood. So the doctor told us "no sex!"

It's been several days I see sexual dreams, happily all of them with my husband, and I wake up just after orgasm. It has never happened to me before pregnancy. But they are just vivid dreams that I feel everything.

My husband jokes, "well, at least one of us has sex" hahah

Does anyone feel the same? Have you had anything like that? Do you think it can harm my babies in case the doctor said "no sex!".
