Weight loss!!
Any ideas of a easy way to lose weight after having knee surgery?? I had knee surgery on June 9th but still having a little bit of trouble's working with it.. I am extremely unhappy with my body and want to change but need to find a way that I can help me as I recover from my surgery!!
