My paragard and its removal

So I had my paragard for a month I had to have it taken out because it was working its way out. It was removed yesterday. But all today I kept bleeding. What was weird about the bleeding is all of a sudden my tampon filled with blood soaking it and going down to my underwear. And filled my pad. This happened three times today. And I noticed blood clots. Has this ever happened to anyone? I'm just worried I'm losing a lot of blood. I've been tired and kinda weak.
