Tested with clearblue that states in pregnant 3 days ago and today I am bleeding. Went to the Gynae and did an ultrasound but there's nothing seen. Also did a urine test and it comes out negative. I was told I miscarried and just let the bleeding be. Is that true ? I mean as in just leave the bleeding there and treat it as a period coming. No medical treatment needed is it ?
